Sometimes I think winning HoH is a curse. Sure you get lots of goodies and letter from home. You also make enemies. Jerry nominated Renny on week one and as
payback, she nominated him last week. UncleChuck was right. Nominating April and Ollie would have been the smarter move. Instead Renny's allies think she
made a side deal with Ollie. Well, she did and he threw April under the bus to keep them both from facing eviction. That probably saved Ollie for that week but
he is only safe if he wins HoH or PoV from here on out. So making a deal with Dan on that vine probably was STUPID. You
cannot trust anyone in this game.
What ever Dan does the other HGs will think America told him to do that. |

Dan has just admitted to making the dumbest, stupidest, most ill-conceived move in the history of Big Brother!!!
In order to convince Ollie to drop off of last night's vine, Dan promised Ollie that: 1) Ollie would be safe from nomination and POV replacement. 2) Ollie could name another player (Michelle) that would also be immune from nomination. 3) Ollie would get to CHOOSE one of Dan's nominations. 4) If the POV is used--Ollie will be allowed to CHOOSE the replacement...and 5) Ollie gets to choose the name for Dan and Monica's first child! This is the strangest "deal" in the history of "deals". Ollie has more power in this setup than Dan as actual HOH because Dan takes the blame for nominating his friend and ally Memphis, and Ollie is still eligible to play for the next HOH. I hope Dan's pictures from home and Monica were worth it because he will pay DEARLY for his poor bargaining. |

Good grief - Dan might as well have jumped off and let Ollie win! That boy's logic has been affected by a few too many days in the house! I fully expect
him to be true to his word, but it'd make for a lot more entertaining week if he didn't and put Ollie up!

Astonishing. Just astonishing. <img src=http://realitytvfrefugees.com/badrtv.gif> (This logo was specially designed for me by Miss Mary, retired founding editor of the former Reality TV Fans site. Many thanks also to Loner for the Infidel avatar at left.) |

UncleChuck, Dan has to be crazy to make that deal with Ollie. Can Dan count? If he does not go through with this deal then it could cost him Ollie and
rib-mate, April votes. Not to mention this week's eviction victim. If he is down three votes then he needs every remaining vote to win.

Now that Memphis has won the POV, Dan has told Keesha Memphis and Renny of the second part of the "deal" where Ollie gets to name any replacement.
Dan tells his allies that he intends to BREAK THE DEAL and put up Michelle (or Ollie). Ollie and Michelle have building up a huge head of steam that Dan had
better honor the deal or Ollie will really go off on Dan. In fact, Ollie has said that if Dan reneges on his word that Ollie will hit him right in the
jaw. I hope he does. Ollie will find himself on a bus back to Preacher Dad and Mom--Dan & Company won't have to worry about evicting him next
week--Ollie's disqualification might mean no double elimination on Thursday--and that is one anti-Dan vote that will never get a chance to cast that
vote--and April will be left all alone in the jury house with Michelle and Libra. Good times.

If Dan is going back on his deal with Ollie, I still do not get why he is nominating Michelle (and not Ollie). Why get a third contestant angry with you rather
just get rid of Ollie, now and Michelle next week. That way you lose three Jury votes vs two Jury votes. Unless Dan is playing for 2nd place, I do not
understand his reasoning.
With Keesha and Renny in their alliance, I do not see Dan winning. Renny shot herself in the foot last week and Keesha is not going to get April's vote. Right now I would say this is Memphis' game to lose. |

I agree- Memphis is sitting pretty, and Brian (or was it Steve) called it way back on the first or second eviction!
Dan definitely should put up Ollie rather than Michelle, but I don't see a way for Dan to win at the end no matter who he puts up. |

Not sure if Dan can still win it or not. He might stand a chance against Keesha (who all of April's crew despises) or Memphis (who hasn't made any
moves to "deserve" victory). It does seem like he's playing for second place, but he still has a few weeks left to swing things his way. If
he's there at the end, he is going to be able to argue that he's taken the most chances of anyone to get there, throwing competitions even when it
could've meant him going home, stirring up the whole household, etc., and he can point out that he won competitions when he really needed them.
Dan's keeping Ollie in the house for the best of reasons: Ollie is the #1 target. If Ollie went home you might see the girls gang up and toss Dan or Memphis out next instead of going after a weaker target like Jerry. Jerry, Renny, and Michelle would all like to be rid of Memphis. So Dan sends Michelle home (keeping Ollie in the game as promised, even if he did break his word and target Michelle). I believe that Dan's little "Who would you nominate to go on the block?" game was designed with next week in mind. If Ollie wins HoH, he'll be more worried about Renny than Dan, plus he'll NEED Dan's vote to get rid of Renny. My guess is that Dan could maneuver Ollie into putting Keesha and Renny on the block. I don't see Dan as the target in the next elimination despite his antics this week. If Ollie doesn't win HoH, it'll be a snoozer and he'll go home. No one could win against him, so he has to go. |

Dan's gameplay continues to impress me. As Keesha laughingly pointed out to Michelle, Dan's "breaking his word" worked in her favor, so
it's nothing to hold against him. He smacked a hornet's nest by putting Michelle on the block and playing his little "roulette" game, then
sat back in HoH room and watched everyone else get stung.
If it comes down to him and Memphis, I think he can effectively argue that he's made all the moves in the game and "deserves" to win. Memphis has saved his own butt when necessary but otherwise hasn't taken a proactive role in the game. Working in Dan's favor for making Final Two is that he's probably seen as the easiest person to win against, since he's made so many enemies; it would be interesting to see if Keesha would take him or Renny to the end; she'd definitely lose against Renny so it wouldn't be her smartest choice. |

Watching the Olympics made me miss The MOLE finale and a lot of the stuff going on in the BB10 House. I do think Dan overplayed his hand with his Roulette
moves. That just made him look like an idiot. He might not be America's Player this week but if the other players suspect he has been making cash from some
of the stunts he has pulled then he has no chance of winning BB10. Last year's AmERICia"s Player got evicted at this stage and I do not like Dan's
chances of making it further.
That said, I think this week Memphis holds Dan's fate in his hands. If Memphis uses the PoV to save him than Renny goes up on the Mac and the guys can decide which gal goes home. On the other hand, that means exposing all of Memphis' F2 deals with everybody remaining in the game. I do not think losing three Jury votes to face Dan is worth the risk but maybe Memphis does. If Memphis does not save Dan (or Keesha) than Dan needs Memphis' and Renny's (or Keesha's) votes to save himself. I do not think either woman would vote the other out. Could be wrong about that but we'll see. If it a Tiebreaker than the Colonel seems committed to getting rid of Dan. So right now I do not see how Dan saves himself. TPTB might intervene but I doubt it. |
